Winter Driving Tips from MOM

She's back!  We received the below e-mail from our mama, Suz, and we couldn't wait to share.  In a nutshell, one of our biggest regrets in life is not creating a reality TV show starring our mom, Susan (a.k.a. "The Suz" as we lovingly call her).  She is a Queens-born, Long Island-raised "hoot and a half" who has a saying for everything and no filter.  She is the most special kind of mom, the kind that relishes in sending "marching orders" as she calls them: a list of instructions on how to do life's most self-explanatory tasks and inevitably includes "WATCH YOUR WALLETS" in all caps.  To know her is to love her, so here is a sampling of her most recent poetry so you can love her the way we do.  Isn't a mother's love beautiful?  Enjoy...

"Subject: Winter Driving Tips...
Just a reminder that winter is here.  Important to keep your car gas tank at least half full, at all times, as condensation forms in the tank and gas line when it is cold and empty, and can cause a problem.  Make sure your scraper is in the car as well.  Please do not leave any electronics/GPS  etc. in your cars, when you park somewhere, including your garage.  First of all, the cold is not good for the batteries.  Also, people are breaking into cars and taking I-pods, phones and navigational stuff.  It even happened recently in a parked car in our subdivision!!  Don't look for trouble.  WATCH YOUR WALLETS.  Have a good day.  Love, MOM
